New captures of Safari and Mail thanks to the update of the iPhone and iPad SDK

Although Apple released the iPad SDK just present it, At the moment only some applications can be accessed Native as Contacts and Preferences. The rest of the applications are not yet implemented in the SDK so cannot be used in the iPad emulator.
