Saurik, the creator of Cydia, has pronounced Reddit about it (and that Pangu has not offered an official explanation) to try to justify this decision. In the thread of Reddit Saurik states that offering a jailbreak for 32-bit devices it is double the job, since it is a different procedure than the one used with 64-bit ones.
