Although we expected Samsung to soon take out the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, which is already official, we did not expect it to bring us the Samsung Galaxy Tab A, a device somewhat more trimmed than the top version but focused on a clear audience: the one that loves to consume multimedia audiences.

A mid-range tablet for everyone
We could consider the Samsung Galaxy Tab A as a "Lite" version of the Tab S4. So much, that we lose construction more premium of his older sister and we go to plastic, for cost issues. As for internal hardware we see a few cuts that a priori are logical, although others seem somewhat excessive.
As a processor we have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 with Android 8.1 Oreo, next to the inseparable Samsung Experience. They accompany you 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, expandable with micro-SD cards. More than enough for all users dedicated to watching multimedia content, although those 32 GB will have to be accompanied by an SD card.
The screen, the most important factor of this tablet, will not be especially large but the technology changes radically: 10.5 inches in TFT technology and in Full HD resolution with 16:10 ratio, which gives us a total resolution of 1920 x 1200.
All enhanced with a 7300 mAh battery. We will also have our own Bixby software, although not Bixby Voice. We will get better audio thanks to Dolby Atmos compatible speakers, although we lose the AKG sound. In addition children can also use this tablet without risk, thanks to its children mode in which parents can have full control of the device.
In the cameras we have an 8 Mpx rear and a 5 Mpx flash front. Of course, fully testimonial cameras, although as usual, do not make much sense on a tablet. In addition, we will also have an additional support that will hold the tablet to view multimedia content in landscape format.
