The Tab Pro S has a processor Intel dualCore M sixth generation 2.2GHz, 4GB of RAM and a 128GB or 256GB SSD. As we can see, specifications worthy of a laptop and not a simple tablet. To justify this change, Samsung has opted for Windows 10.

Android is not yet ready to make the leap to the competition that is taking place in convertibles. This Tab Pro S has a screen 12 ″ SuperAMOLED with resolution 2560 x 1440 pixels And as we can expect, the results speak of an excellent screen.

The device has a thickness of 6.3mm, very very thin. Its weight is of 693 grams. Inside we will find a 5200mAh battery with USB type C charging. We also have 5 megapixel cameras.

The Tab Pro S comes with an additional keyboard that connects to the tablet magnetically. This keyboard also comes with an NFC tag to pair the mobile and be able to use the latter's fingerprint reader to unlock the computer.

Price and availability

The Tab Pro S will be available in February and we already know its prices. The basic version, which will take the Home version of Windows 10, will cost 999. For its part, the professional version with Windows Pro and LTE connection will cost 1199 euros. We can test it thoroughly during the next MWC, until then.
