Xiaomi has presented new Smart tv in China. First we have the Xiaomi Mi TV 5 Pro which has a panel QLEDQuantum Dot and decoding in 8K. Then we have the Xiaomi Mi TV 5 cheaper without Quantum Dot technology. Both Smart TVs offer 4K resolution screens.

The Mi TV 5 Pro line comes with a Quantum Dot QLED display which offers support to HDR10 +. It also has support to MEMC motion compensation, support of 8K content decoding and coverage of 108% of the NTSC color gamut. With the Quantum Dot display technology, the company is targeting the premium segment. It comes in versions with 55 ″, 65 ″ and 75 ″.
Comes with dynamic image quality compensation technology MEMC which enables more moving images and shows details clearly, says the company. The device is powered by a Amlogic T972 chipset 12nm with support for 8K video recording. Xiaomi says the chipset is 63% more powerful than the CPU of the previous generation.

As usual, this new Xiaomi Smart TV comes with the user interface itself Patchwall of the company with Android TV as base.
