In that sense, spokesmen of the leader of Round Rock have specified that among the Dell terminals equipped with the new OS, are the XPS 8700 and the Latitude 14 3000 series business notebook. In addition to additional products and novelties in the portfolio of desktops, like, the XPS13 with Infinity display and its touch option, Inspiron 13 7000 series, Inspiron 15 5000 series and the Inspiron 3000 series desktop.
Beyond its innovative and recognized products, Dell offers support to install the Windows 10 operating system through a chat and online technical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On the other hand, informants have mentioned that Dell speeds up and facilitates the ability to make the most of Windows 10 through technical support for secure login or through Intel RealSense integrated cameras and Dell touch-screen displays.
The unique experience that Dell provides through its ProSupport Plus and Premium Phone Support service and technical support allows business customers and end users to be up-to-date, making the start-up of their devices faster and easier; which in turn guarantees them in the security of their systems, they have explained.
To help customers make a smooth transition to Windows 10, Dell Technical Support is developing a series of videos on how to perform the upgrade to Windows 10, its main features and basic functions of the new operating system, and how to use the operating system in virtual desktops.
