MacBook Air: Apple updated its laptop with more storage and a new keyboard

In this update Apple chose to implement the

same key system used by 16-inch MacBook Pro

, based on a scissor-type mechanism with a slim 1-millimeter design. In turn, it offers the inverted T design for a better location of the arrow keys.

The new MacBook Air features a 10th generation Intel Core i7 Ice Lake processor alongside the Iris Plus graphics chip. The base model of the Apple laptop will have 256 GB of storage capacity, and can be configured with up to a 2 TB drive.

Equipped with a Retina display, the new MacBook Air also features the Touch ID system to validate the user's identity with their fingerprint. In turn, the team has macOS Catalina, the latest version of Apple's operating system.

Apple's new MacBook Air will be priced at $ 999 in its initial configuration of 256GB of storage capacity.
