The HP Officejet Pro K5400 series consists of three models: K5400, K5400dn, and K5400dtn. The entry-level model, K5400, offers a print speed of up to 36 ppm, prints at a maximum quality of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi in monochrome or 4,800 x 1,200 dpi in color, 250-sheet paper tray and USB 2.0 connectivity. The K5400dn also features two-sided printing and network connectivity. While the top model, K5400dtn, also has an additional 350-sheet paper tray. Their prices are respectively € 149, € 199 and € 249, VAT included.

The HP Officejet Pro L7000 multifunction range consists of three models, all with printer, fax, scanner and copier functions, they are: L7580, L7680 and L7780.
The former offers a print and copy speed of up to 35 ppm in monochrome and 16 ppm in color, prints up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi in monochrome or 4,800 x 1,200 dpi in color, flash memory card reader, 33.6 kbps modem , scanning at up to 2,400 x 4,800 dpi resolution and 10/100 Ethernet network connectivity.
The L7680 model has the features of the L7580, but also offers double-sided printing and a paper tray for feeding 50-sheet documents. While the top model, L7780, improves the performance of the L7680 with the addition of an additional paper tray with capacity for 350 sheets.
