Using this feature, it is only necessary to place the IT8 reference card on the scanner and click twice with the mouse to start the calibration process, even if the card is not correctly aligned with the scanner.
The target values are overlaid with a measurement grid and the reference is correctly identified thanks to the barcode system. This file contains the exact values of each color field on the destination card, followed by the calculation and creation of the ICC profile. The whole process is automatic from start to finish.
The IT8 automatic calibration process is available in SilverFast Studio, Ai, HDR and DCPro 6.5.0r6 or later versions.
