Manage the language tools of our mobile phone allows us to configure it to be able to use it in the language we want, but it may happen that a smartphone arrives in our hands that does not have the language in which we want to configure it by default, what happens then?
Although we will focus on how to install the Spanish language on an Android device, The truth is that this system that we are going to explain is used to change the language of the phone or tablet to any other.
If we buy a mobile in Spain or Latin America, the usual thing is that the mobile is already configured in Spanish or that, failing that, this language is among those available on the mobile, but with certain mobiles purchased in places like China or India it may happen that the Castilian is not an option within our phone.
In this case the first thing we have to do is download an application that allows us to have Spanish among the languages of our mobile.
Language Tools: MoreLocale 2
There are many language tools in the Play Store, but this time we are going to recommend MoreLocal 2. It is a very simple application that works even on old mobiles, since it works with any device with Android 1.5 or higher and it only requires 270 KB free space on phone or tablet.
Once the application has been installed, it It should show us Spanish among the list of available languages, if it doesn’t, we can force the appearance of this language.
In this case what we have to do is click on the button Menu and then on Add Locate. In the countryside Language we must add “it is” and in Country “ES”. In the countryside Label we wrote “Spanish” and the section Variant we leave it blank. Now click on Add and a list of languages will appear among which Spanish will appear. We click on it and we have already changed the language of our mobile.
Important announcement
From the Android version 4.2 Jelly Bean it is necessary to have the mobile rooted for the app to work. If not we can give permissions to the app through the Android development tools so that the application works correctly.
Another issue to take into account is that they have been reported some bugs with Droid X mobiles. The use of this application on these mobiles causes a hard reset of the device, so before installing it it is advisable to make a backup copy.
