Pentax Remote Assistant for the K10D allows you to use your computer to control camera functions, which requires that the camera be connected to the Mac via a USB cable. Among other tasks, you can control many of the standard camera functions from your Mac, as well as download images.
Additionally, it also offers other advanced features, such as controlling up to two cameras simultaneously, and activating the interval, timed or fixed aperture shooting modes (bulb mode).
The software requires the installation of firmware 1.20 or later on the K10D.
