DLO, based in Charleston, South Carolina, makes iPod cases and accessories such as the Transpod, an FM transmitter for the iPod, and the HomeDock Deluxe, which allows you to navigate between iPod content using your TV or home entertainment equipment.
Philips has stated that DLO sold nearly 100 million iPod accessories in 2006 and that when the purchase goes through DLO will be part of Philips’ line of consumer electronics.
