Sandvox allows any user to develop web pages without the need for prior knowledge. It works with any Web service provider, provides drag-and-drop features, supports “pagelets,” includes dozens of ready-to-use style templates, facilitates podcast and Weblog publishing, and photo sharing among other features. The Pro version adds the ability to edit raw HTML code as well as other additional functions.
Among the novelties of Sandvox 1.1 are eight new designs as well as new locations and a new feature “Snapshot” that is responsible for saving the progress in the editing of the project, and improved support of Adobe Flash files among other features.
Sandvox requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later. It functions as a Universal binary application that runs natively on Intel-based Macintosh and PowerPC architecture. The Sandvox price is $ 49 for the Standard version and $ 79 for the professional version.
