According to Prosoft Engineering, Data Rescue II 1.2 also adds support for new types for recovery of deleted files and new modes for the Thorough Scan features. Support for large sparse disk image recovery and pkzip file recovery has also been improved, as well as the ability to unmount or eject a volume.
