Google has announced that Apple Music has become available on smart speakers that use Google Assistant, such as the Nest Audio and Nest Mini.
Thanks to this new feature, as reported by gadgetApple Music users who link their account with the Google Home app can use Google Assistant with their voice to play songs, albums, and playlists.
It’s even possible to make Apple Music the speaker’s default music streaming service, which until now was YouTube Music. Spotify, Pandora and Deezer are other options now available.
This new feature will for now be available in the UK, US, France, Germany and Japan. We do not know when it will arrive in other countries, such as Spain and Mexico.
