MidnightFamily follows Marigaby Tamayo, an ambitious medical student who, at night, manages to earn a living helping her father Ramón and her brothers Marcus and Julito treat the sick in their private ambulance.
As we said, it is inspired by the 2019 documentary midnight familydirected by Luke Lorentzen and which portrays how, due to the shortage of official ambulances, Mexico City is filled with vehicles and unlicensed paramedics.
Who will appear in the series Midnight Family?
MidnightFamily is starring JoaquÃn CosÃo (Narcos: Mexico) in the role of Ramón Tamayo; Renata Vaca as Marigaby; Diego Calva as Marcus; and Sergio Bautista as Julito.
The cast is completed with Yalitza Aparicio (Rome), Itzan Escamilla (Elite), Jose Maria de Tavira (The mask of Zorro), Oscar Jaenada (Luis Miguel: the series), Dolores Heredia (El Chapo) and Mariana Gomez (the queen of flow).
How to watch the Midnight Family series on Apple TV +
Like all Apple Originals series, MidnightFamily It will be an exclusive series on Apple TV +. This means that you will need to have an Apple TV+ subscription, which costs €4.99 per month.
