Xiaomi has launched the Mi Band 7 in China along with the Redmi Note 11T series, Redmi Note 11 SE, Redmi Buds 4, and the Redmi Buds 4 Pro wireless earphones. The 7th generation Xiaomi Band, formerly known as the Mi Band, has an AMOLED screen. larger 1.62-inch with always-on functionality and retains its predecessor’s promise of 14-day battery life. There are also new fitness insights including improved blood oxygen levels or SpO2 tracking and more training modes.

The highlight of the Xiaomi Band 7 is the new 1.62-inch color AMOLED screen, which is almost 25 percent larger than the outgoing Mi Band 6. The screen has a resolution of 490 × 192 pixels and can exceed 500 nits, which is again an improvement over the last model. This version also allows you to finally keep the screen always on. The Band 7 has a six-axis accelerometer and can monitor heart rate and sleep quality index, specifically how well users get REM sleep. Because it is 5ATM certified, Band 7 is swim proof and can recognize swimming strokes. Xiaomi Band 7 also comes with a female health tracker and more. It can monitor your blood oxygen level and automatically inform you when the level drops below 90 percent. It also supports 120 training modes and automatic training detection. Meanwhile, a personal activity intelligence score can give you insight into your workouts. The Band 7 comes with a 180 mAh battery with 15 hours of constant use. The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 was launched in two variants: one with NFC and the other without NFC. The NFC variant is priced at 299 yuan, while the Xiaomi Band 7 without NFC is priced at 240 yuan.
